Renting a property on Mazarron Country Club

Please bear in mind that owners who rent out their properties are responsible for their renters’ behaviour. This is an Urbanisation with rules and regulations and owners take pride in their environment. If you are renting a property please respect the rules, the do’s and dont’s of the Urbanisation. These are all available from the office. Please remember that this is not uniquely a holiday complex, people live here permanently, and please be considerate to your neighbours. A reminder of some of the most common issues are :

Bins: Please familiarise yourself with the map showing where the nearest bins are, do not overfill bins or leave rubbish around them. Also the bins by the front entrance are for those living in that area, not for general use by everyone leaving the urbanisation, and please to squash plastic bottles and flatten cardboard boxes. Please deposit glass bottles in one of the many large green glass bins, and do not leave them by other bins. A map of bin locations is attached below.

Dogs: If you have your dog with you please note the rules which are also local LAWS regarding the control of dogs on the urbanisation. Dogs must be on leads at all times, clear up poo and dispense with it in the appropriate bright red bin. Each bin provides plastic bags for your convenience. Dogs continually barking are not acceptable.

Evening entertainment: celebrations, parties etc., need to be advised to the office and music needs to be turned off at 12.00 o’clock midnight unless otherwise agreed.

Parking: all renters are advised not to park on the pavements. Most of the roads on MCC are wide enough to park cars on the road. Parking on the pavement will damage it and the owner of the property may be charged for reinstatement.

Feral Cats : please be advised that there are several feral cat colonies around MCC. PLEASE DO NOT FEED THEM! We are trying to regulate their numbers and this does not help.

Most importantly is the “do” have a fabulous holiday and enjoy the area of Mazarron
